Being one of the biggest musicians on the planet certainly has its perks. For Drake, that means boasting a $150 million net worth and having friends in high places. The Canadian rapper has long been a fan of fashion too, often spotted in custom Tom Ford, Louis Vuitton and Nike’s. Drake has now recruited of “up and coming designer” Virgil Abloh and Mad Paris for a custom Patek Phillipe.
Using the Patek Phillipe Nautilus 5726, Abloh and Mad Paris have created a timepiece that will have any watch collector green with envy. As one of Patek Phillipe’s most iconic models, the Nautilus 5726 is a rite of passage for horologists. This particular model uses emeralds throughout for a truly stunning custom job. The band, face and bezel is set with emeralds, making for a unique custom.
With this piece being a one off for Drake, and a custom by Abloh and Mad Paris, it’s safe to say you won’t ever see this on the resell market. You’ll just have to sit in awe (and jealousy).
