When news of a Stüssy x Nike Air Force 1 began circulating earlier this year, the sneaker world began to get excited. After reigniting the 18-year-old relationship earlier this year, Stüssy and Nike have continued to be a success. The AF1 collaboration, for many, is the cherry on the top of an already delightful year of releases. Last month, we reported on the Stüssy x Nike Air Force 1 “Fossil.” Now, it looks as though a “Triple Black” Stüssy x Nike Air Force 1 is set to drop too.
Although we’re yet to get official images of the upcoming Stüssy AF1s, we do have a lot of in-hand shots. Much like the “Fossil” iteration, the “Triple Black” is already looking like one of the best AF1s we’ve seen this year. The sneaker is constructed entirely of black hemp, with subtle details like double embroidered Swooshes adding a nice touch. Other subtle details include the embroidered Double S logo on the toe, with the diamante Stüssy heel tab giving this shoe a nice pop. Bringing the shoe to a close is a black leather sockliner as well as matching black laces and a black midsole.
