Although news of the fragment design x sacai x Nike LDWaffle isn’t new, the “Wolf Grey” is a brand new colourway we’ve yet to see. For almost a year, Hiroshi Fujiwara has been teasing us with the release of fragment x sacai x Nike sneaker. The original “Navy” colourway has been doing the rounds on social media, but the “Wolf Grey” is something we have not heard of. Now, it looks as though that’s about to change.
Rumoured to release later this year, the fragment sacai Nike LDWaffle “Wolf Grey” may be one of our favourites so far. Predominantly dressed in light grey on the upper, the upcoming colourway is simple yet effective. Grey suede and mesh make up the majority of this shoe and use white leather accents on the Swoosh and heel tab to add to the allure of this monochromatic masterpiece.
The traditional double-stacked detailing comes as standard, but there are a few new additions to this LDWaffle that we absolutely love. On the midsole, the words “The Classic / Fragment: sacai” can be seen; an updated version to the traditional fragment branding seen on other Nike sneakers. Co-branding tongue tags see the fragment design thunderbolt taking pride of place and add a subtle element we’re sure you’ll love.
If you like the look of the fragment design x sacai x Nike LDWaffle “Wolf Grey” then sit tight. As it stands, there is no release information for this pair.
