Nike is bringing the Dunk back in 2020 with some fantastic results. The 1985 basketball silhouette has been championed by the likes of Virgil Abloh and Travis Scott for a number of years now. With that in mind, the Swoosh has given sneakerheads the chance to cop a number of retros and reissues. Given the roaring success so far, there are no signs the Dunk is going anywhere. Thankfully for us, we have a number of new colours on the way, with this “Champ Colors” being one of them.
Taking the iconic model, Nike has updated it using a collegiate style colour scheme. Comprised of University Orange and Marine, the Nike Dunk Low SP boasts premium leather overlays and a well-balanced colour scheme. A crisp white midsole, complete with a Marine outsole, creates a nice divide between the upper. Subtle details like the University Orange “Nike” on the heel and tongue finish the Dunk off nicely.
Swiftly following on from the “Brazil” Dunks, these are going to be one of this month’s top drops. If you’re looking to cop these Nike Dunks, you won’t have to wait long.
