2020 has seen some strong collaborations, but Stüssy x Nike may just be the clear winner. The reintroduction of the early 00s Air Zoom Spiridon Caged has gone down a treat with sneakerheads. Now, the second instalment of the highly desirable collaboration is set to release later this season. However, there’s a twist.
Named the Nike Air Zoom Spiridon Kukini, Stüssy has revived this retro silhouette in spectacular fashion. A rubber web application wraps around a black perforated mesh upper. Contrasting green hits can be seen on the sockliner and a sleek Stüssy logo has been embroidered on the tongue. This is a much more vibrant pair that the “White” which will release around the same time. Whilst this version may be slightly bolder, it’s definitely the stronger out of the two.
Rumoured to release later in Spring, the Stüssy x Nike Air Zoom Spiridon Kukini “Black” will cost around €170. Check out the images below and let us know if you’ll be picking these Spiridons up.
