It is no secret that Sean Cliver and Nike SB have a good relationship. Over the past decade or so, Cliver has worked with the Swoosh’s skating department on a number of slick sneakers. From Strangelove Skateboards to Disposable SBs, Cliver’s work with Nike SB is every bit as important as his love of all things skateboarding. After the resounding success of the aforementioned collab earlier this year, it looks as though we could be seeing another Sean Cliver collaboration later year.
All we know so far is that this could be a contender for SB Dunk of the year. A combination of tumbled white leather is contrasted a light blue suede across the overlays. Adding a flashy touch to this SB Dunk is a metallic gold Swoosh, with matching gold thread used on the midsole and heel. Other notable features on this Sean Cliver x Nike SB Dunk Low are the silver laces; although the tongue tag bearing “Nike SB Cliver” is another nice touch. Graphic insoles feature artwork by Cliver himself, with a velour collar also being a nice feature. A speckled glittery sole rounds things off, bringing this shiny sneaker to a close.
At the moment, we don’t have much information to go on, but these images are enough to get us excited. Right now, there’s no further details on this upcoming collaboration.
