Earlier this year, Stüssy and Nike dropped one of the best collaborations of 2020. The slick capsule covered everything from tracksuits to sneakers, the latter of which kickstarted the Air Zoom Spiridon Cage 2 craze all over again. After a slight hiatus, Nike and Stüssy are back in the lab. This time, Stüssy has decided to opt for a slightly different approach on its collaboration, putting a brand new spin on two classic Nike silhouettes.
Dubbed the Stüssy x Nike Air Zoom Kukini, the sneaker is a blend of the Nike Kukini and Air Zoom Spiridon Cage 2 models. The base of the sneaker features a mesh upper placed on the latter of the two silhouettes. However, the plastic webbing that wraps around the shoe is from the Nike Kukini; a 2003 model that featured a slip-on construction. As you would expect, Stüssy has absolutely nailed this collaboration. Launching in two colourways, the latest Stüssy x Nike drop has a pair for whatever your taste.
Also launching this week is a full clothing collection. Just the same as the last drop, Stüssy has merged its classic streetwear design with Nike’s athletic sportswear. The range covers everything from T-shirts to trousers and jackets to shorts. Fortunately enough, the collection also includes a number of accessories too.
