Earlier this month we saw the release of the Slam Jam x Nike Dunk High “White/Pure Platinum.” Dropping in highly limited numbers, the shoe was an instant hit with many in the sneaker community. Of course, that wasn’t the only pair of the Slam Jam x Nike collaboration to scheduled to drop. Many will remember that a “Black/White” Dunk colourway was also previewed back in September. Well, after a few weeks of waiting, the Slam Jam Dunk High “Black/White” will release next week.
Much like the previous Slam Jam Dunk, this pair has some unique features. The simple monochromatic sneaker uses white leather and is accented with black suede overlays on the midsection, mudguard and heel. A semi-translucent Swoosh wraps around the heel leaving a slight gap; a noticeable change that makes this Dunk standout. Of course, there are a few other flips that you’ll notice. An upside-down tongue tag is a simple flip, whilst there being a lack of perforations on the toe is one you might miss.
