The sneaker community is beginning to get more and more excited about the imminent release of the FTC x Nike SB Dunk Low. Given the current hype surrounding the silhouette, it should come as no surprise that more skate shops are getting their own exclusive collaborations. Over the past few months, we’ve seen a lot more of this summer-ready SB Dunk. As we edge ever closer to the drop date, we now have some on-foot shots.
San Francisco skate institution FTC has been around since 1986, becoming a staple part of the skate community in SF. For its Nike SB Dunk collaboration, FTC has opted for a refreshing spin on the model. Vibrant blue suede is paired with textured white overlays complete with a tile effect. FTC branding on the tongue and heel tabs is subtle but elevates this Dunk. The contrasting yellow sockliner works nicely with a set of crisp white laces, but it’s the silver Swoosh across the midsection that’s our favourite detail. Sitting atop a white midsole and icy sole, these are going to be a popular pair this season.
Right now there’s not much release information for the FTC x Nike SB Dunk Low. All we do know at the moment is that these are expected to drop at some point this year for €100. Given the hype surrounding SB Dunks, these will be an instant sell-out. Check out the images below and let us know if you’ll cop these Dunks.
