Since its inception in 2009, Palace has been making a name for itself as a brand that marches (or skates) to the beat of its own drum. Its cheeky British tongue-in-cheek approach has allowed it to work with some of the biggest labels on the planet and maintain its roots. Working with a fellow British brand, Palace has now revealed another collaboration with Reebok. In true Palace fashion, they’ve managed to update one of the most iconic silhouettes in the Reebok arsenal.
“For years, they told us it was impossible,” stated in Palace in a press release “But we didn’t listen. Because at Palace, we had a vision: the Reebok Classic, with a Pump on it.” That’s precisely what Palace has managed to do. Taking the Reebok Classic, Palace has applied a Pump system on the side of the shoe; bringing this everyday shoe and transforming it into something else. A large Tr-Ferg can be seen on the tongue, replacing the traditional Reebok Crest logo.
Of course, that’s not all that the P-Bok collaboration has to offer. Dropping alongside the Palace x Reebok Classics is a full range of apparel. Keeping things simple, Palace has updated crewnecks, T-shirts and jogging bottoms to give this collection a vintage feel. As you can probably imagine, the news is already getting die-hard Palace fans excited.
If you like the look of the Palace x Reebok collab, then good news. The entire range will be available on the Palace store this Friday at 11am. Retail prices are yet to be announced but keep your eyes peeled. Check out the images below and let us know if you’ll cop.
