After being teased late last month, sneaker fans around the world have been waiting for the Casablanca x New Balance 237 to drop. Following on from the widespread success of the Casablanca x New Balance 327s that released in 2020, it seems the perfect time for the two to drop another silhouette together. As you’ll no doubt see in the coming weeks, the latest Casablanca NB pair will be a big hit with sneakerheads. Thankfully, we now have detailed imagery of this pair of New Balance.
Unlike the New Balance 327, the 237 takes a much more lifestyle approach in its design. Spearheaded by Charlotte Lee, the designer of the 327, the New Balance 237 maintains the brands legacy exceptionally well. For the first drop, Charaf Tajer’s Casablanca label has gone for a simple yet effective formula. Perforated white leather on the upper is contrasted by the brand’s monogram logo on the mudguard and heel. A cream “N” motif on the midsection is lined with pink detailing, whilst green and pink accents adorn most of the sneaker. Sitting atop a slick runner inspired midsole, these are a must-cop for the summer months.
