It’s been a very busy start to the year for Reebok. The sportswear brand has kicked 2020 off with a number of high profile collaborations, showing they plan on starting the new decade as they mean to go on. For us as sneakerheads, it’s fantastic news. Arguably one of our favourite Reebok collabs this year comes from South Korean label KANGHYUK. Well, the wait to cop this slick sneaker is finally almost over.
Dressed in an all-black upper, the KANGHYUK x Reebok Premier Road Modern silhouette is a perfect addition to any rotation. A combination of black mesh is contrasted by black plastic overlays throughout. Inspired by car tires, the design is echoed in the “jet black” colourway of the shoe. Not only is the shoe functional but also comfortable, using exposed foam and DMX RIDE foam at the midsole for cushioning. It seems that the upcoming sneaker is already going to be a hit. Last week, a red and white version appeared online too.
