Earlier this week the world was shocked by the announcement of Lucien Clarke singing a signature shoe deal with Louis Vuitton. The landmark achievement for both Clarke and LV was a huge moment for both parties respectively. As the first skater to ever have a skate shoe with Louis Vuitton, Clarke’s shoe represents a seismic change for the brand since Virgil Abloh took over. Having revealed a black version of the shoe, we have a look at its white counterpart.
Using the same design, this white version is just as slick as its peer. White leather and mesh is paired together to give this LV silhouette a classic skate shoe vibe. Orange accents appear on the sole and tongue as well as on the heel tab. Of course, it is the Louis Vuitton branding that has made this sneaker a real hit in the community. A large Louis Vuitton motif appears on the tongue as well as the symbols of the brand on the midsole. Putting his own twist on this shoe is a hand written “Lucien Clarke” on the side, rounding off this perfect collaboration.
There is no doubt that this is going to be a must-cop for skaters and sneakerheads alike. For now, there is no concrete information on the Lucien Clarke x Louis Vuitton shoe.
