There are fewer sneaker stores that have more importance to the culture than SoleFly. The Miami-based sneaker store has always pushed the boundaries with its collaborations; launching some of the most sought after Air Jordans in history. Now, it looks as though the brand is teaming up with the Jumpman once more to release another Air Jordan 10.
After SoleFly founder Carlos Prieto stepped out in a new AJ10 at the Miami Dior x Stussy show, fans began to hope that another SoleFly Jordan would drop. Well, thanks to the brand’s Instagram, we have a closer look at what is in store.
The Super Bowl is returning to Miami this year; the first time since 2010. It appears as though SoleFly and Jordan Brand is celebrating this by launching an exclusive Air Jordan 10. The shoe appears to use the same plush tumbled leather that the Air Jordan 10 is known for. The heel tabs feature both the Solefly motif and the classic Jumpman branding.
SoleFly has taken this sneaker uses a simple colourway method that takes inspiration from the American Football jerseys spotted in the SoleFly video; a combination of white, red and orange. Using the classic shape of the AJ10, Solefly is placing its signature twist on the sneaker, which first released back in 1994.
Given that this shoe is a celebration of the Super Bowl, you can expect it to drop around February 2nd. With all previous SoleFly x Jordan collabs selling out instantly, expect a difficult cop.
