This year we have seen JJJJound become a notable name in the sneaker world. Though the Montréal-based minimalistic label has been working under the radar over the past few years, 2020 it has come into its own. Two New Balance 992 collaborations have allowed JJJJound to make a big impact this year, as well as its work with Reebok. Since selling out online back in September, the JJJJound x Reebok Classic Nylon is now set for a wider release.
In keeping with its simple design aesthetic, JJJJound has applied a tonal upper on this Reebok Classic. The grey suede uppers complement the white nylon underneath, with a white leather Vector logo sitting underneath. A furry tan sock liner replaces the usual white nylon, another detail that we’re all for. Updated branding includes “JJJJound” replacing the traditional “Reebok” on the midsection, with the tongue tag removed completely. Finishing this sneaker off is a cream midsole and light gum outsole, the final stamp on a well-balanced collaboration.
The good news is that the JJJJound x Reebok Classic Nylon is set to re-release later this month at select retailers. Check out the official images below and let us know if you’ll cop.
