When it comes to hype and everyday wearability, few shoes come close to the New Balance 550. With incredible colourways dropping on the reg, we have now been treated to our very first look at the upcoming Joe Freshgoods x New Balance 550 “Conversations Amongst Us”.
Designer Joseph Robinson teased this collaboration earlier this month, explaining that the shoe was “Designed and curated by Joseph Robinson and a team of Black associates at New Balance.” Initially only showing off the box. Robinson has given us a peek at his tonal take on the classic basketball silhouette. Boasting a worn aesthetic across the entirety of the shoe, constructed from a mixture of premium suedes and durable canvas. The iconic N logo adorns the side pannel outlined in black, adding the perfect contrast against the completely beige upper. The Joe Freshgoods x New Balance “Conversations Amongst Us” series is expected to release later this April. (Better get those alarms set!)
