While we’re months past Air Max Day 2023 and the release of the Big Bubble, there’s still plenty to look forward to. Here’s a quick list of Air Max 1 colourways still to come this year.
‘Blue Safari’
The ‘86 Big Bubble look returns with a light blue colourway, sporting the iconic Safari print on its mudguard.
CO.JP ‘Michigan’
Nike Concept Japan is making a comeback this year. This luxurious upper features faux snakeskin panels, with a yellow and navy colourway inspired by the 1999 ‘Reverse Michigan’ Dunk.
Timeless
The ‘Timeless’ name pays tribute to classic Nike silhouettes. This clean white leather pair features the perforated toe box and silver strap from the high top Air Force 1.
Puerto Rico Pack
This pack consists of two colourways ‘Orange Frost’ and ‘Blue Gale’, and drops this June to coincide with the National Puerto Rican Day on the 11th.
‘Athletic Department’
This ‘Athletic Department’ comes in a mix of black-and-white leather and suede, with subtle yellow accents found throughout.
‘Deep Royal Blue’
This colourway returns to the AM1’s classic colour blocking, with a royal blue suede mudguard on a silvery grey and white upper.
‘Chilli 2.0’
The Chilli colourway from 2003 gets an update, with a solid black mudguard and fiery red Swooshes standing out on a white base.
‘Clear Jade’
Finally, this WMNS exclusive release consists of bright jade green hits over an upper made with grey suede and fresh white mesh.
