Although it’s been relatively quiet for Yeezy in 2021, that all looks to be changing very soon. With just five Yeezys released since January, Kanye West and adidas have been working hard behind the scenes. The recent adidas Yeezy Boost 350 V2 “Ash Stone” may not have sold out instantly, it certainly got sneakerheads interested in Yeezys again. With that in mind, things are on the way up. In fact, we now have nine rumoured Yeezy drops throughout March.
adidas Yeezy BSKTBL QNTM
Kicking things off is the re-release of the YZY BSKTBL “QNTM”. Dropping in the OG colourway, this is a must-have for any Yeezy fanatic. Constructed in a light grey, black and white Primeknit, the shoe features 3M reflective detailing on the heel as well as silver accents. An off-white coloured Boost midsole unit provides comfort, whilst black neoprene on the upper creates a nice contrast. These are going to be a big hit for Yeezy collectors.
adidas Yeezy 450 “Cloud White”
Already the most outrageous adidas Yeezy we’ve seen, the 450 is certainly going to turn heads. Taking a simple Cloud White Primeknit upper, the shoe features a unique lacing system. The aggressive white sole unit is something that we’ve never seen before. Featuring a curved design on the sole, the material rises up into the Primeknit, giving it a look that we’re still trying to understand. Interestingly, there are no signs that this is either Boost or adiPRENE, meaning this could be the same material used on the Foam Runner. Dropping exclusively on Yeezy Supply, these are going to be a tough cop.
adidas Yeezy Boost 700 V2 “Cream”
It’s been a hot minute since we’ve seen an adidas Yeezy Boost 700 V2 release. The upcoming “Cream” iteration is a much-needed refresher of the sleek Yeezy silhouette. A tonal take on the 700, the shoe features white, cream and grey in a balanced way, making this an ideal pair to cop for the Spring/Summer seasons. Sitting atop a white Boost midsole with a grey outsole, you can be sure that these will be a sell-out on release day.
adidas Yeezy Boost 380 “Covellite”
The latest adidas Yeezy Boost 380 seems to blend a multitude of colourways together. A slick Onyx Primeknit upper bears the classic digi camo print in navy and blue throughout and is contrasted with a Black sockliner and laces. Of course, the distinctive stripe across the midsection can also be seen and appears to be a light blue colourway. A translucent Boost midsole unit is matched with a Brown sole, bringing this mid-cut Yeezy to a close.
adidas Yeezy QNTM “Sea Teal”
Continuing the adidas Yeezy QNTM releases in March, the “Sea Teal” is probably one of the most underrated colourways of the QNTM we’ve seen in a while. The Primeknit upper features white, black, grey as well as yellow and green accents throughout. A black neoprene ankle and sockliner adds a nice contrast, whilst the silver accents on the heel, as well as the off-white Boost midsole unit, help to bring things together. These are a sleeper in our opinion.
adidas Yeezy Boost 350 V2 “Ash Pearl”
Thankfully there’s some more Yeezy 350 V2 options in the upcoming release calendar. This “Ash Pearl” colourway is another part of the recent “Ash” pack that we saw drop Saturday. A far more wearable option than its peer, the “Ash Pearl” uses white, black and cream Primeknit whilst being accented with a tan stripe across the midsection and a splash of blue at the base. Looking for a perfect summer Yeezy? Then look no further.
YEEZY Foam Runner “Sand”
Kanye’s futuristic YEEZY Foam Runner will also get a wider release this month with two new colourways. The upcoming “Sand” is constructed in sand-like colour and a tonal pair to add to your rotation. It’s likely that these will also be a Yeezy Supply exclusive so keep your eyes peeled.
YEEZY Foam Runner “MXT Moon Grey”
The second colourway of the YEEZY Foam Runner dropping this month is the “MXT Moon Grey”. Another take on Kanye’s breathable and affordable silhouette, the “MXT Moon Grey” blends two colours together. A sand base features moon grey further up the upper, creating an eye-catching Yeezy you won’t forget.
adidas Yeezy 700 V3 “Kyanite”
A combination of white and blue adorns the knitted upper of this adidas Yeezy 700 V3 “Kyanite.” An egg-shell coloured cage has been used, with the same egg-shell can be seen on the suede toe cap as well as on the sole; a subtle update that we’re all for. Finally, a black sock liner and tongue create a nice bridge for the upper, allowing the colour to flourish. Sitting atop an EVA foam midsole, you can guarantee that this Yeezy gives a comfortable ride.
Final Thoughts
If you like the look of the upcoming adidas Yeezy releases, then good luck! With nine pairs dropping in a short space of time, these are going to be a big cop for many.
