Kanye West and adidas have remained one of the strongest forces in sneakers for almost a decade. After Yeezus’ dramatic departure from Nike, many questioned whether three stripes Yeezys would work. With Kanye West recently announced as a billionaire from his Yeezy brand, it’s safe to say the questions have been answered. One model, in particular, has helped Kanye’s success; the adidas Yeezy Boost 350 V2. Well, now it looks like the “Asriel’ iteration will help continue the momentum.
Always looking to refresh the Yeezy 350 with new colourways, the “Asriel” opts for something a bit different. A combination of black and white Primeknit make up the main bulk of this sneaker. Various patterns can be seen throughout the shoe, helping to create an added depth to the silhouette. The semi-translucent Boost midsole is a real highlight too, the first time that a darker Yeezy colourway has used this feature. There is no heel tab on this Yeezy 350 which helps to create a sleek look.
Reports suggest that the Yeezy 350 V2 “Asriel” will release in September for €220. No news on whether it will release in family sizing just yet but check back to KLEKT for more information. Check out the images below and let us know if you’ll cop these Yeezys.
