When the adidas Yeezy Quantum dropped earlier this year, the Quickstrike release only landed in the hands of a select few. Since the All-Star weekend launch, sneakerheads across the globe have been patiently waiting to get their hands on a pair. Whilst the “Barium” may have suppressed Yeezy fans for a while, it is the OG QNTM that they really went. Well, after a highly anticipated build-up, it looks like the adidas Yeezy Quantum is finally dropping this weekend.
As the original colourway of Kanye’s first foray into athletic footwear, the QNTM is going to be a serious collector’s item. Comprised of a white and silver Primeknit upper, the sneaker boasts a subtle cage overlay to provide support. A light suede toe works with a milky Boost midsole to provide comfort and agility, two things that are essential in basketball. The black neoprene sockliner and tongue provide a lightweight option, with a 3M reflective heel cage bringing this Yeezy to a close.
If you like the look of the adidas Yeezy Quantum, then there’s good news. The sneaker is set to release in full family sizing this weekend with prices varying from €160-€250.
