¿Por favor cuéntanos un poco sobre ti?
Mi nombre es Ola, soy un gerente de redes sociales de Polonia y un amante de la química y las zapatillas. Tengo más de 200 pares de zapatillas únicas en mi colección. Soy un fan de los modelos clásicos pero con detalles visibles y distintivos. Mi marca favorita es Nike y los zapatos que más puedes ver en mis pies son Air Max 1.
When did you first get into sneaker collecting?
It was around 2008. That’s when I was in high school and decided to collect Vans in every colour possible. This kickstarted my love of sneakers and the rest is history.
How long have you been collecting Air Max?
I would say around 10 years now!
What about the Air Max line is special to you?
For me, Air Max represents the constant evolution of a classic technology that is unrepeatable. The wide variety of designs, as well as the unparalleled comfort, means that you can wear them with anything. No matter what you’ve got on, your Air Max will look good.
What is your favourite Air Max model?
My favourite model is the Air Max 1.
What makes a pair of Air Max special to you?
I like when a pair has a story behind them, some special charity collaborations and so on.
How many pairs of Air Max do you think you own?
Honestly, I’m not entirely sure. I’ve been getting new pairs since 2020 began and I couldn’t tell you the exact number now. I have over 40 pairs of Air Max 1s and I guess it’s not the end!
This is going to be hard but if you had to pick a top three, what would they be?
In first its the Nike Air Max 1/97 Sean Wotherspoon, then the Nike Air Max 1 Parra, and the Nike Air Max 98 Supreme Snakeskin.
What have been some of the hardest pairs for you to track down?
Nike Air Max 1/97 Sean Wotherspoon and the Nike Air Max 1 Parra (2018).
What are some pairs that you are still on the hunt for?
The hunt never stops! I’m still trying to get the Nike Air Max 1 atmos “Elephant” and the Nike Air Max 1 Parra Patta “Cherrywood”.
What is on your feet right now?
The Nike Air Max 1 atmos Animal 2.0.
What does Air Max mean to you?
A great technology that changed the world!
