Football, streetwear, and national pride are colliding in a big way this summer. After months of leaks and rumours, Palace Skateboards and Nike have officially unveiled “The Three Lions by Palace”, a full capsule collection created for the England national team ahead of the 2026 World Cup.
For years, Palace has drawn inspiration from football culture. From terrace style to early-2000s sportswear, the influence has always been there. Now, the London-born brand is making things official, teaming up with Nike and the England Football Association for a collection that celebrates both the Three Lions and British street culture.

At the centre of the collection are the pre-match jerseys and training pieces. The standout design features a greyscale stained-glass graphic inspired by St. George, stretching across the front of the shirt in a way that feels bold, distinctly British, and unmistakably Palace. Co-branded Palace, Nike, and England insignias sit across the chest, while subtle red accents tie back to the nation’s iconic colours.
But this drop goes far beyond football shirts. The wider collection includes silver anthem jackets, infrared-accented drill tops, tracksuits, graphic tees, beanies, and what’s already shaping up to be a fan favourite – a premium leather-and-wool varsity jacket featuring oversized Three Lions branding across the back. Palace’s signature sense of humour and storytelling runs throughout the entire range.
There’s also a deeper message behind the collaboration. Through Nike’s new x2 initiative, the project highlights Football Beyond Borders, a youth-focused organisation using football as a tool for education and social inclusion. Special pre-match kits featuring the organisation’s logo will even be worn by England players during tournament fixtures.
This collaboration’s celebration of English legacy, culture and youth all came together in a recent ad directed by viral hitmakers, burnermunde. The ad centres on Wayne Rooney, decked out in full Palace gear plus an additional neck ruffle, reciting the legendary Sceptered Isle monologue from William Shakespeare’s Richard II.
The Three Lions by Palace collection launches 12 June through Palace before arriving via Nike and select retailers shortly after. With football fever building and Palace’s popularity at an all-time high, expect demand to be massive.
