As any serious sneakerhead will know, DJ Khaled’s Air Jordan collaborations have been nothing short of legendary. The 44-year-old music producer cooked up some of the most exclusive Jordan 3s on the planet back in 2018. Although it was a gift that very few managed to get their hands on, the sneaker community has been patiently waiting for a wider release. Well, it looks like Jordan Brand may have a solution.
Whilst the “Another One” Jordan 3 will most likely never see a public drop, a pair almost identical will be releasing this summer. According to famed leaked source @pyleaks, an Air Jordan 3 “Varsity Royal” will launch in June.
Bearing a striking resemblance to the original DJ Khaled Jordan, this sneaker features a bold blue tumbled leather upper. The familiar cement print on the heel and mudguard harks back to the original Jordan colourway, with a white midsole and grey outsole rounding the shoe off nicely. Noticeable additions include the use of “Nike Air” on the back. If you’re looking for a cheaper alternative than the €6,000 “Another One”, look no further.
Although the sneaker is yet to be confirmed by Jordan Brand, you can expect these to release later this year. An estimated €190 and a June launch date mean this will be a perfect shoe to start the summer off in. Take a look at the mockup below and let us know if you plan on copping.
