Palace Skateboards is without a doubt one of the most important brands in streetwear. The skater mentality is easily visible in every season, with the tongue in cheek captions (written by Palace founder, Lev Tanju) adding to the brands allure. For this season, Palace has continued their zero f*cks given attitude, making products for skaters, dads and even your dog.
Week one of this seasons drops certainly had some big statement pieces. Leather jackets, graphic print long sleeves and Triferg heavy hoodies all featured. It’s safe to say that Palace is back with a bang. We thought we’d round up our favourite items of the Palace drop for you. Take a closer look below and let us know what you picked up from the drop.
Bare Storage Jacket Stone
Functionality is key in streetwear. This aptly named “Bare Storage Jacket” has more pockets than we can count. The subtle branding on the back, as well as the detachable hood, make this jacket ideal for spring. This jacket is perfect for whatever you might have to keep safe (or hide).
Waffle On Long Sleeve
If you’re looking for a long sleeve with a bit of character then we’ve found just the thing. This Waffle On long sleeve in blue is reminiscent of clouds and summer skies. Let’s just hope the weather holds out so you can wear it.
Tri-Smiler T-shirt
It’s hard to dislike a Triferg logo T-shirt, especially when it’s as simple as this. Palace’s instantly recognisable emblem has been given an additional peace sign and a hand to hold it up. This grey one is our favourite.
GT AIIGHT T-shirt
This already shaping up to be a future classic Palace tee. What looks to be a vintage VW Golf has been immortalised by Palace, featuring a large white P across the bonnet. If that’s not enough, the car badge has also been replaced with a P logo, just for good measure.
Palace Tan 6 Panel
A needed accessory for any skater is without a cap. This simple 6 panel, complete with a “P” across the front makes for the perfect addition. The tan colour makes a great background for the logo and is an all-round solid hat. What’s not to like?
Cross Pendant
Taking a cross and placing a brand logo on it may be sacrilegious to some, but in this case, it seems to work. A 22ct gold chain with a cross on features Palace on one side, attached to a nice long gold chain. Whatever your views, this is a serious flex.
Dog Toy
It’s a Triferg logo dog toy. Nuff said. We’re sold.
