With Black Friday kicking off this morning, it seems a perfect time for adidas to official reveal images of the Yeezy Boost 380 “Onyx”. Since first being previewed last year, the “Onyx” has been one Yeezy colourway the community has had to wait for. Though there’s been a number of high profile Yeezy 380 releases, they’ve all tended to be bright colourways. Thankfully, the latest iteration will give those more neutral sneakerheads a chance to cop.
As you can imagine, the hype surrounding the “Onyx” adidas Yeezy Boost 380 is high. The black Primeknit base that adorns the upper is contrasted with sleek navy accents, giving the shoe a clean camouflage like pattern. A black sock liner is matched with black laces, complete using Kanye West’s new favoured lacing system. Sitting atop a semi-translucent Boost midsole, the “Onyx” uses a gum outsole to bring things to a close, finishing off a slick-looking Yeezy silhouette.
If you like the look of the adidas Yeezy Boost 380 “Onyx” then good news. The sneaker is set to drop this weekend in both reflective and non-reflective versions, priced at €250 and €230 respectively. This is likely to be a big release and fitting nicely with Black Friday. Check out the official images below and let us know if you’ll cop these Yeezy 380s.
