It’s safe to say that the unveiling of three JJJJound x Vans Sk8-Mids has got the sneaker world excited. After the success of its New Balance and Reebok collaborations last year, JJJJound has become one of the most well-respected brands in sneakers. The mood board turned lifestyle label has been working with sneaker brands behind the scenes for years, something die-hard fans know all too well. Now, it looks as though another JJJJound x Vans collab is in the works.
As usual, JJJJound took to Instagram to reveal its latest project with Vans. In typical JJJJound fashion, the shoes are all relatively simple. Opting for its favoured olive, brown and black colour palette, the JJJJound Vans Sk8-Mids are effortlessly cool. White Vans stripes feature across the brown and olive and come with matching white laces. The black opts for a matching black set of stripes but features contrasting white stitching throughout. Sitting atop the iconic rubber sole, these Vans are going to be a problem when they eventually drop.
Given the insane hype around pretty much anything JJJJound does, this upcoming Vans pack is going to be very tough to cop. The label is known for its ridiculous sell-out times and almost every pair of the 2017 JJJJound Vans drop has a crazy price. All we know is that we want all three pairs.
