Over the past few years, Travis Scott has had a meteoric rise in popularity. The 28-year-old Houston-born rapper has been making a name for himself in the fashion and music community for some years now. However, his work with Nike and Jordan Brand has made him a key pillar in the sneaker community. Of course, his collabs haven’t just stopped there. Exclusive gigs with Fortnite as well as merchandise have shown big brands just how influential La Flame is. It looks like McDonald’s is also thinking the same.
For the past couple of days, rumours of a collaboration between Travis Scott and McDonald’s have begun circulating. Whilst there has been no confirmation from either party, multiple streetwear sources are claiming that a Travis Scott x McDonald’s clothing collection will be dropping later this year. Although we are yet to see whether or not the collaboration comes to fruition, the news is exciting nonetheless.
This may be a shock, but given some of La Flame’s other collabs, it certainly shouldn’t be. His 2019 collaboration with Reese’s Puff Cereal was an instant hit, quickly selling out online and in select stores. It may be a number of weeks or months before we see what Travis Scott x McDonald’s looks like, but we can’t wait. Check out the mock-up below and let us know if you’d cop this Travis Scott collab.
