Whenever a team gets an exclusive Jordan colourway, sneakerheads forget who they support altogether. After the recent success of the Air Jordan 3 UNC, many have been waiting to see what else Jordan Brand has in store. Luckily, there are some more team-inspired sneakers on the way. If you’re a fan of the LA Lakers, you might want to pay attention.
Jordan Brand is dropping a special “Court Purple” Air Jordan 3 which bears a striking similarity to a PE pack made just for the late, great Kobe Bryant. The black tumbled leather upper uses gold and purple accents throughout. A golden Jumpman on the tongue and heel is contrasted by a purple midsole cage. A white midsole and grey outsole gives this shoe its OG vibe. Of course, the classic elephant print has remained the same.
Although there is no information on a release date, early reports suggest that the shoe will drop in November. A retail price is yet to be confirmed but will most likely be around €190. Check out the images below and let us know what you think.
